MINNEAPOLIS, MN., (August 27, 2007)-- The law firm of Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP, is pleased to announce that Attorney Kesha Tanabe has joined Maslon's Financial Services Practice Group.
Kesha Tanabe focuses her practice on indenture trustee representation in Chapter 11 proceedings and distressed debt investment. She also works with banks, asset-based lenders and other financial institutions in general commercial lending and real estate financing. Kesha graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, earned a Masters of Science with Honors from the London School of Economics and earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. She is a member of the Minnesota and New York Bar Associations.
