Attorney Brad Orschel Joins the Maslon Law Firm

Brad Orschel joins Maslon's Litigation Team and focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation. His previous legal experience included work in the areas of antitrust law, consumer and healthcare fraud, tort actions and white collar defense.

Prior to embarking on a legal career, Brad worked in the communications arena for both the federal government and a private-sector consulting firm. He is a 2005 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center where he was honored as a Legal Writing Fellow. He graduated magna cum laude from Carleton College in 1999 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the National Mortar Board Society.
