Attorney Brad Orschel Joins the Maslon Law Firm

Brad Orschel joins Maslon's Litigation Team and focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation. His previous legal experience included work in the areas of antitrust law, consumer and healthcare fraud, tort actions and white collar defense.

Prior to embarking on a legal career, Brad worked in the communications arena for both the federal government and a private-sector consulting firm. He is a 2005 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center where he was honored as a Legal Writing Fellow. He graduated magna cum laude from Carleton College in 1999 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the National Mortar Board Society. His published articles include: Understanding Congressional Investigations (co-author), Emergency Envelopes (in-house publication), Spring 2007, Volume II, Issue II; The Federal Grand Jury: An Overview, Emergency Envelopes, Summer 2006, Volume II, Issue I; and Assessing a GPS-based Global Navigation Satellite System within the Context of the 2004 U.S. Space-Based Positioning, Navigation and Timing Policy, Journal of Air Law and Commerce, Fall 2005, Volume 70, Issue 4.
