James Duffy O'Connor Appointed to AGC's National Committees on Contract Documents and Construction Risk Management

James Duffy O'Connor was recommended by the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of General Contractors to serve on the AGC's National Contract Documents Committee and the Construction Risk Management Committee. Subsequently, Mr. O'Connor has been appointed to those committees by AGC President Douglas E. Barnhart. The committees of the AGC play a crucial role as they develop and implement new ideas as well as draft legislative policies. These committees also provide a venue for productive, in-depth discussion of key issues facing the construction industry.
