Construction Claims Monthly Reviews Jim O'Connor's Recent Law Review Article on Insurance Coverage for Defective Construction.
The American College of Construction Lawyers published an article written by Jim O'Connor in the Winter 2011 Issue of its law journal titled: "What Every Court Should Know About Insurance Coverage for Defective Construction." The article is national in scope and offers a solution to conflicting American jurisprudence currently addressing this important problem for the American Construction Industry. In the May 2011 issue of Construction Claims Monthly, the editors referred its readership to O'Connor's article, describing the article as "erudite and practical."
