Laurence Reszetar Selected As 2011 Policy Fellow by the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs' Center for the Study of Politics and Governance

Laurence Reszetar, member of Maslon's Litigation Group, has been selected as a 2011 Policy Fellow by the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs' Center for the Study of Politics and Governance at the University of Minnesota. The Policy Fellows Program offers practical training in public affairs leadership for emerging leaders in Minnesota. The nine-month leadership and professional development experience equips participants with core leadership competencies to inspire, organize, and work effectively with others to advance the public good. Program activities are conducted by recognized leaders from business, government, and nonprofit organizations, as well as experts from the University of Minnesota and academic institutions around the country.

Laurence Reszetar has litigated matters involving breach of contract disputes, minority shareholder claims, business dissolutions and mortgage foreclosures. He has represented product liability businesses and individuals in both federal and state courts. In his previous career, he worked in public affairs and policy planning in Washington, DC, and his work involved coordination with leadership at both the federal and state levels.
