Sarah Riskin Elected to Minnesota Lavender Bar Association Board of Directors
Sarah Riskin, member of Maslon's Litigation Group, has been elected to serve on the board of directors for the Minnesota Lavender Bar Association (MLBA). The MLBA promotes equality and justice in the legal profession and the LGBT community in Minnesota, building community between members through quality educational programs, networking opportunities, and social events. MLBA proudly supports similarly focused student groups at all of Minnesota's law schools and is a recognized and respected affiliate of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin and Ramsey County Bar Associations, and the National LGBT Bar Association.
Sarah Riskin practices in the area of general commercial litigation. She has focused on products liability, breach of contract and complex litigation. In numerous cases, Sarah has helped clients reach favorable resolutions before engaging in costly litigation.
