Director of Recruiting and Professional DevelopmentPosition Description: Manages all aspects of associate lawyer recruitment, including coordination of recruiting committee, interviews, on campus visits, and summer associate program. Responsible for all aspects of the Firm's professional development program including the creation and implementation of educational and developmental programs and policies required to improve the long-term professional development and satisfaction of the firm's associates. Responsible for overseeing and promoting the Firm's diversity and pro bono efforts. Skills & Experience: Has familiarity with legal or other professional service organizations and experience in recruitment of law school graduates. Able to organize work, establish priorities, and maintain good interpersonal relations and communications with lawyers and support staff. Ability to project positive image of the firm in the legal community, law schools and candidates. Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, as well as skills in written and oral communications.
