Carrie is a seasoned paralegal with over 20 years of litigation experience. In addition to her education, she took and passed the National Association of Legal Assistants' National Certification Exam in 1999. Carrie has extensive experience as a lead paralegal managing complex litigation cases involving multiple parties and millions of documents in areas including intellectual property, personal injury and general litigation matters. Through her experience, she has become an expert at arranging various local and foreign depositions, obtaining documents from various organizations as well as managing various databases. In addition, Carrie has assisted attorneys with the preparation and filing of various briefs, along with a number of hearings and trials. She has also assisted with cases appealed to both the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
