Cathy Bergeland-Leonard is a senior paralegal with over 13 years of litigation experience with a recent focus in the areas of business and employment litigation, insurance disputes, and professional liability claims. Her experience includes complex case management, evaluation of e-discovery issues, and trial preparation and support.
Recently, she was the lead paralegal in a comprehensive class action trial involving hundreds of witnesses, thousands of hours of preparation, and millions of documents. A portion of her trial experience has been creating in-court video deposition presentations using programs such as Trial Director and PowerPoint.
