Phyllis Mostrom is a paralegal in Maslon's estate and trust administration area. She is involved in all phases of probate and trust administration, and guardianship and conservatorship matters, including valuation of assets, sales and transfers, drafting court documents, inventory and accounting of assets, and distribution. Phyllis also prepares estate, gift, fiduciary, and individual income tax returns.
