Valerie Wolfe is a senior paralegal with over 20 years' experience in litigation with the past 10 years focused in the area of patent litigation. She has represented clients in diverse fields ranging from prescription drug patents to computer software and medical devices. Valerie has extensive experience as the lead paralegal in complex litigation involving multiple parties and millions of documents, managing electronic discovery, multi-district litigation, and a dozen trials in various districts around the country. A portion of her experience has been conducting due diligence on corporation's litigation patterns and mapping patent portfolios.
