The trustee of a trust owes special duties to the beneficiary of the trust - duties which, if violated, can adversely affect the beneficiaries and result in financial liability to the trustee. We advise trustees and beneficiaries about fiduciary and tax issues, and we assist them in making tax elections and preparing and filing required tax returns and reports.
