We have represented owners and developers in a wide variety of tax increment projects, ranging from Class A office and mixed-use projects in the central business district of downtown Minneapolis with construction costs in excess of $100 million each, to new manufacturing/industrial/warehouse facilities in various suburbs of the Twin Cities, to developments in out-state Minnesota. We pride ourselves in helping maximize the assistance obtained by our owner/developer clients. We have also represented cities in negotiating and documenting their tax increment deals.
