Maslon Attorney Terri Krivosha Invited to Participate as Faculty Member at the 2008 Hastings Leadership Academy for Women

Maslon Attorney Terri Krivosha will serve as a faculty member at the 2008 Hastings Leadership Academy for Women, an executive leadership program designed exclusively for women law firm partners. Krivosha will be present a class on "power and influence" as part of the distinguished faculty of practitioners and professors from law firms, consulting firms, law schools, and business school throughout the United States and Canada.  The 2008 Leadership Academy is scheduled to take place on May 29-31 and July 17-19 in San Francisco. 

The Hastings Leadership Academy for Women is designed for high-achieving women law firm partners who want to develop skills and strategies to enhance their leadership in firms, organizations and the legal profession.  The intensive six-day academic program prepares participants to assume broader leadership responsibilities, increase their visibility and value their firms, and leverage their abilities and talents more strategically for positive business results. Terri Krivosha assists private and public companies in all phases of their development and growth including mergers and acquisitions, financing, contract negotiation, strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, joint ventures, governance issues, exit strategies, sales and recapitalizations, and general business strategy and advice. Terri serves as a valued advisor to her clients and assists them as they structure transactions to be win-win for all parties. She has a particular knowledge of Israelis and their language and culture, and can serve as a valuable bridge to investors in Israeli companies, or the companies themselves. Terri served as Chair of Maslon's Governance Committee from May 2003 through May 2007. In her capacity as Chair, Terri learned a great deal about the operation of a business; skills she applies to help her clients every day.
