Subdivision and platting of real property can be both a surveying and a legal challenge. The Real Estate Team at Maslon has extensive experience handling these issues. From farmland to redevelopment of urban real estate, platting and replatting are part of Maslon's package of real estate services. We work with surveyors and city planners to design a sensible and workable plan, with county tax departments to arrange tax and assessment payments and prorations, and help coordinate recording with other documents such as development agreements, as part of the service that Maslon offers to its clients.
