Our lawyers have experience in drafting the necessary formation documents for a common interest community including the declaration, assisting the surveyor in preparing the CIC plat, and forming the applicable association. Maslon also has experience in drafting the appropriate purchase agreement, disclosure statement and other statutory forms required in connection with the sale of the units within the CIC. Our expertise involves not only residential condominiums and townhomes, but non-residential CIC's as well.
