The Maslon Real Estate Team has represented a variety of real estate developers in the creation of common interest communities such as condominiums and townhomes. Our lawyers have experience in drafting the necessary formation documents for a common interest community including the declaration, assisting the surveyor in preparing the CIC plat, and forming the applicable association. Maslon also has experience in drafting the appropriate purchase agreement, disclosure statement and other statutory forms required in connection with the sale of the units within the CIC.
