John Darda is a member of Maslon’s Litigation Group and Construction Law Group and focuses his practice primarily in the areas of construction law, product liability, insurance law, and complex litigation. John is a cum laude graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota and earned his bachelor’s degrees in journalism and communication studies with distinction from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. Before entering the legal profession, John was a reporter and editor for community newspapers in Iowa. His work there earned him Best News Story and Runner-up Best News Story awards in 2001 from the Iowa Newspaper Association.
