Lindsey Day is a member of Maslon's Business & Securities Group and focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, business counseling, and tax matters. In addition to receiving her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, Lindsey earned a Masters of Accountancy degree and Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and brings beneficial experience from serving as a CPA at Ernst & Young, LLP to her practice.
