Nadege Souvenir is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group. She represents business entities and individuals in commercial litigation in the areas of employment litigation, competitive practices/unfair competition, intellectual property litigation, construction litigation, and general business litigation. Nadege has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in multiple state and federal jurisdictions.
Nadege graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael J. Davis of the Federal District Court for the District of Minnesota and was managing editor of the Hamline Law Review. In addition, Nadege participated in the National Moot Court Competition, winning an award for best brief in the region. Nadege earned her bachelor's degrees in communication studies and dance from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and her master's degree in arts administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Before becoming an attorney, Nadege was the Foundation and Government Grants Officer for The Children's Theatre Company.
