Paul Civello is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group and focuses his practice primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and healthcare fraud. Paul has broad commercial law experience and has represented clients in a wide variety of matters including contract disputes, unfair trade practices, and products liability.
Prior to joining Maslon, Paul was an assistant attorney general in the Minnesota Attorney General's Office where he prosecuted healthcare fraud and served as director of the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Paul earned his law degree, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1999. Paul also holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
