Chris Sur represents both individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters involving commercial litigation and business torts. He has litigated matters involving minority shareholder disputes, claims of breach of fiduciary duty, and claims of misappropriation of trade secrets. He has also handled antitrust litigation, including the defense of clients in large indirect purchaser actions; federal and state statutory securities fraud cases; and related common-law fraud claims.
