Stephanie Bitterman practices in Maslon's Litigation Group where she represents local and national clients in a wide range of high-stakes business disputes, including minority shareholder and creditor disputes, insurance coverage disputes, construction defect claims, and business contract disputes. Stephanie also has litigation experience involving non-compete and ERISA matters.
Stephanie received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. She was a member and editor of the Minnesota Law Review, and participated in the International Law Students Association. While in law school, Stephanie volunteered with the Minnesota Justice Foundation, where she assisted with immigration and asylum cases; she also studied international trade in a study-abroad program in Argentina. Prior to law school, Stephanie worked in customer service training and as a production coordinator in both the private and non-profit sectors. Stephanie graduated summa cum laude from Missouri Western State University with a B.A. in Spanish.
