David serves as chair of the program, which is a concentrated curriculum designed for in-house counsel managing litigation. Jason will moderate a panel, titled "Charting a Course Into the Future Practice of Law," which will explore what the future practice of law looks like from the general counsel perspective, what the implications are for outside counsel, and how outside counsel can effectively serve their clients in the future legal market.
