Leah Fleck is a member of the Business & Securities and Financial Services Groups at Maslon. She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of business counseling, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and commercial loan documentation. She also has experience preparing general commercial contracts, including a variety of advertising and marketing agreements.

Leah is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where she served on the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, at Harvard University. Prior to joining Maslon, Leah was a corporate associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City.
