Maslon Recognized as Leading Minnesota Firm in 2009 Chambers USA

Maslon is pleased to announce its ranking as a Leading Minnesota Firm for Litigation, Construction and Corporate/M&A in the 2009 edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business. Maslon attorneys (listed below) are also recognized in the edition as Leading Individual Attorneys in Litigation, Construction, Corporate/M&A and Labor & Employment. The rankings are the result of extensive client interviews and research to assess technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by clients.

Chambers USA describes Maslon's Litigation Group as being "praised for its quality" and "extraordinarily good with courts and clients." The publication reports that Maslon's Construction Practice is able to "punch above its weight," aided in part by the firm's strong practices in other areas, such as litigation and corporate. William Pentelovitch - Leading Individual Attorney in Minnesota for General Commercial Litigation
Pentelovitch is one of only nine individual attorneys in Minnesota included in the highest ranking for General Commercial Litigation. In interviews conducted by Chambers USA, clients and attorneys described Pentelovitch as a "great strategist." Chambers describes Pentelovitch as "an eminently experienced trial lawyer" who has "assuredly earned his place at the top of the rankings."
