Michael Snow is a lawyer, investor, and entrepreneur. He is currently Of Counsel at Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP, where he has been since 1976. He became a senior partner in 1979 and in 1993 became Of Counsel. Mike concentrates his law practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, finance, and general corporate law.
