Julian Zebot and Diana Marianetti to Present for Minnesota CLE's Probate A to Z Webcast Series

February 22, 2018

Julian Zebot, partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, and Diana Marianetti, attorney in Maslon's Estate Planning Group, will present two programs for Minnesota CLE's Probate A to Z Webcast Series on Thursday, February 22, 2018. During the first session, titled "Review of Recommended Orders, Post-Trial Motions, and Appeals in Estate Litigation," Julian and Diana will demystify, for litigators and estate planners alike, the relevant deadlines and procedure with respect to statutory review of recommended orders, post-trial motions, and appeals. Their second session, titled "Professional Responsibility," will discuss professional responsibility in the context of estate administration.

Julian focuses his practice on fiduciary and trust litigation as well as business and commercial litigation, including claims of unfair business competition. He has represented individual and business clients in both federal and state courts as well as arbitration proceedings, and has handled matters for clients at all stages of the litigation process, including trials and appeals. Julian has represented both institutions and individuals in a variety of contexts, including corporate and individual trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, heirs, and creditors.

Diana works with clients in all stages of life to plan for both the expected and the unexpected when it comes to estates and business succession. Whether assisting a young family to create their first estate plan upon the birth of a child, planning an exit from a family-owned business, or helping resolve a dispute upon the death of a family member—Diana helps clients think through the key considerations, define priorities, and accomplish their goals. She particularly enjoys helping young families and women business owners, who so often neglect this critical aspect of their success.
