1L Summer Positions

Please see below for 2024 Summer Associate opportunities.

Twin Cities Diversity in Practice 1L Clerkship

As a participating law firm with Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, we are seeking diverse candidates for a 1L position in our 2024 Summer Associate class, as well as other candidates who can bring diverse perspectives to the firm based on cultural competency, life experiences and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. We will be partnering with Mortenson and the Summer Associate will have the opportunity to spend two weeks working at Mortenson’s headquarters during our program.

The Maslon summer program is an opportunity to have a variety of rich experiences, through meaningful work assignments, observation opportunities, pro bono experiences, and social interactions. Our goal is to provide the summer associate a thorough understanding of who we are, the work we do, and clients we serve.

Maslon LLP is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. Our firm continues to be dedicated to providing a workplace that is free of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

In early 2023 Maslon achieved Midsize Mansfield Certification Plus status, which is the highest level of certification that a law firm can obtain. The Mansfield certification, administered by Diversity Lab, recognized the structural changes and actions taken by Maslon over the evaluation period to ensure consideration and promotion of underrepresented lawyers. Maslon is currently undergoing Midsize Mansfield 2023-2024 to further strengthen our firm by creating a diverse and inclusive environment.

To Apply: Please submit a cover letter, resume, undergraduate transcript and law school transcript (when available) HERE. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, so you are encouraged to apply early.
