Alina Yasis is an attorney in Maslon's Corporate & Securities Group focusing on general corporate law, contracts, and mergers and acquisitions.

While earning her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, Alina served as a legal extern at UCare, a position through which she gained a unique understanding of in-house operations and corporate structure. Further strengthening her background, she worked as a certified student attorney in the University of Minnesota's Community Legal Partnership for Health clinic, providing legal services to low-income neighborhood residents while developing skills in fact analysis, legal drafting, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She also served as articles editor of the Minnesota Law Review and as a judicial extern to U.S. District Court Judge Michael J. Davis.

Alina earned her undergraduate degree in psychology, summa cum laude, with a minor in neuroscience, from the University of Minnesota.
