Cathy Bergeland-Leonard is a senior paralegal with over 20 years of litigation experience with a recent focus in the areas of business and employment litigation and products liability claims. Her experience includes complex case management, evaluation of e-discovery issues, and trial preparation and support.

Recently, she was a member of the team that successfully defended thousands of consolidated state court actions alleging multiple tort theories related to a wide variety of female mesh products and worked closely with internal legal teams, clients, local, and national counsel in understanding client business units to responding to discovery requests for one-off cases, multi-district litigation, and government requests for same products. She also has experience working on a comprehensive class action trial involving hundreds of witnesses, thousands of hours of preparation, and millions of documents. A portion of her trial experience has been creating in-court video deposition presentations using programs such as Trial Director and PowerPoint.
