Maslon represents one of the largest automobile original equipment manufacturers in the world as counsel for technology, media, digital, intellectual property and advertising transactions. Led by Shawn McIntee, the client team includes Shauro BagchiMax Schramm, and Brad Yenter.

Together, the attorneys negotiate and draft agreements between the client and various national and international advertising agencies and other organizations that perform advertising, strategy, intellectual property, software, consulting, logistics and other functions for the client. The attorneys work closely with the client's in-house counsel and marketing, technology, and purchasing personnel (and adverse to opposing counsel) to protect the client's brands and intellectual property rights and secure favorable legal and economic terms for the client.
