Maslon Partner Sara Sidwell Offers Commentary for Star Tribune Article on Federal Vaccination Requirement for Employers

Sara Sidwell, a partner in Maslon's Labor & Employment Group, was interviewed by the Minneapolis Star Tribune for a Nov. 4, 2021, article titled "Minnesota employers scramble in response to federal vaccine rules." In the article, Sara offers her perspective on the new rules issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regarding COVID-19 vaccine requirements.
