Maslon Welcomes Corporate & Securities Attorney Paul Jay to the Firm

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of Corporate & Securities Attorney Paul Jay to the law firm. His experience further strengthens Maslon's capabilities in a key area of practice.

Paul is an attorney counseling clients on corporate and private equity transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. He has represented businesses spanning a broad range of industries and has particular experience assisting with corporate restructuring and strategic acquisitions. Paul is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. During law school, he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review and was on the extramural moot court team. Paul earned his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas, where he was an Aquinas Scholar.
