Molly Palmer is a paralegal in Maslon's Corporate & Securities Group, and her work focuses on all aspects of business law, including entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance. She also assists attorneys with mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, and advertising and marketing-related transactions and review.

Molly has more than a decade of legal experience assisting businesses of all sizes from sole proprietorships and nonprofits to publicly traded companies. She also specializes in minority-owned business certifications, such as Minnesota's Office of State Procurement program for Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and Veteran-Owned small businesses, and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Molly received her bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College.
