Rikke Dierssen-Morice Elected as Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel

Maslon is pleased to announce that Rikke Dierssen-Morice, Partner in Maslon's Insurance Coverage Group, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC). Fellows are distinguished for their skill, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of insurance coverage and extracontractual law, and are dedicated to excellence in this area of practice.

Established in 2012, the ACCC is the preeminent association of U.S. and Canadian lawyers who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders. The organization seeks to advance the creative, ethical, and efficient adjudication of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes; enhance the civility and quality of the practice of insurance law; provide peer-reviewed scholarship; and improve the relationship between and among the members the legal profession. Maslon Partner Margo Brownell is also a Fellow of the ACCC.

Rikke has 25 years of insurance experience, beginning her career representing insurers and, for the past 20 years, collaborating with corporate policyholders in the U.S. and abroad on insurance claims assistance and recovery litigation. She serves as national insurance counsel to business policyholders, with particular depth in the food, agriculture, manufacturing, financial, and construction industries.
