David serves clients in real estate acquisitions and sales; commercial leasing; development, zoning, land use, and entitlement matters; survey and title review; entity formation; cannabis law; and real estate financing. He is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association Real Property Law Section. David leverages his prior experience at a commercial title company, and as a municipal attorney, to provide additional value to his clients.

Andy’s practice covers a broad range of real estate issues, with a particular focus in commercial and retail/restaurant property matters, including purchase and sale, leasing, design, and construction-related agreements. He has taught real estate law for over 20 years.

A graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, Andy is also a licensed architect, having earned his Bachelor's of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and he practiced architecture prior to attending law school.

Jill represents borrowers and lenders in commercial lending and clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, title and survey review, commercial leasing, and review of due diligence materials. During law school at the University of St. Thomas, Jill gained valuable experience as an extern with the Office of Ethics & Compliance at Medtronic and as a clerk for a small real estate company and then a Twin Cities firm. She also founded the Real Estate Law Association and participated in the law school's bankruptcy litigation clinic and personal bankruptcy clinic. Jill studied economics, entrepreneurship, and business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
