Shauro Bagchi Appointed to Serve as Co-Chair of Maslon's Business & Securities Practice Group

Maslon is pleased to announce that Shauro Bagchi has been appointed to serve as co-chair of the firm's Business & Securities Practice Group. In this capacity, Shauro joins Co-Chair Marty Rosenbaum to help shape the strategy and direction of the practice group, with particular attention to client service, attorney training and development, and competitive effectiveness.

Shauro is passionate and energetic, both in his approach to work with clients and as a leader within the firm. He manages, negotiates, and closes national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, technology and licensing transactions, and capital raising deals. He also provides day-to-day business counseling and related advisory services to his clients, including transaction structuring, technology licensing, and general commercial contract drafting.

Shauro's mission is to help companies (both established and entrepreneurial) achieve their business and financial goals by providing practical, efficient, and business-minded legal advice. He has particular skill working with clients involved in advertising, software, manufacturing, and investment funds.
