Shauro Bagchi, an attorney in Maslon's Business & Securities Group, was interviewed by the Twin Cities Diversity in Practice Blog as the October 2017 Featured Lawyer. Shauro focuses his practice primarily on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, business counseling, and general commercial contract drafting. He has significant experience drafting and preparing equity and asset sale transaction documents, merger agreements, securities offering memoranda, and various commercial agreements. Shauro was selected to participate in the 2012 - 2013 class of Leadership Twin Cities, a professional development program sponsored by the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. He also has previous experience working for the in-house corporate legal team of a Fortune 500 Minnesota company and the United States Department of Justice.
