March 12, 2020

Tom Pack, partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, will co-present an interactive session at Ironclad, Inc.'s Apex: The Modern GC Summit with Jacqueline Lee, General Counsel at Flynn Restaurant Group, on March 12, 2020 in San Francisco, California. Apex carefully curates a diverse set of speakers and a by-application-only audience of forward-thinking General Counsel, Senior Legal Operations and their teams who want to transform Legal at their organizations so they can drive and scale business.

In their session titled "Networking for Introverts," Tom and Jacqueline will share their perspectives on the opportunities and challenges of being an introvert in the context of networking in the legal field. They will then invite the participants to engage in an interactive brainstorming exercise with the aim of producing a collaborative article on the topic.

He helps clients navigate all stages of the litigation process throughout many forums, including federal and state courts, mediation, and arbitration. Tom has extensive experience with discovery, including complicated eDiscovery, and has prepared successful dispositive motions in several matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice in the civil rights and immigration law fields, with an emphasis on representing LGBTQ+ asylum seekers.

Tom is passionate about issues related to diversity and inclusion in the legal industry, and he is a member of Maslon's Diversity & Inclusion Committee and co-chairs Maslon's Diverse Attorneys' Resource Group.
