Bill Pentelovitch Presents Webinar on Minnesota's Non-Compete Prohibition Law for Minnesota CLE

Attorney William Pentelovitch of Maslon's Litigation and Labor & Employment groups will present a webinar Aug. 11 for Minnesota CLE on Minnesota's new law banning non-compete agreements, which took effect on July 1. He describes drafting problems with the statute and cautions that the alternative routes to protecting valuable company secrets and assets are not sufficient enough to be effective.

In addition, Bill has been a leading trial lawyer in Minnesota in the area of ownership and governance disputes in closely held corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.

Bill currently serves as a commercial and employment panelist of the American Arbitration Association.
