Maslon attorney Andy Jacobson authored an article on estoppel certificates titled "Estoppel Certificates: A Review Checklist from a Tenant’s Perspective," which appears in the May 2014 issue of The Practical Real Estate Lawyer, a publication of American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education. The article includes a helpful checklist for tenants to consider when reviewing estoppel certificates.

Andy Jacobson is a partner in Maslon's Real Estate Group. His practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate issues, with particular focus on commercial and retail leasing, land use, telecommunications, as well as design and construction-related agreements. Andy is a frequent author and speaker on real estate subjects and teaches Real Estate Transactions at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
