Attorney Eran Kahana Re-Elected to Board of Directors for Minnesota Chapter of InfraGard

Maslon is pleased to announce that attorney Eran Kahana has been re-elected to the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chapter of InfraGard. InfraGard is a non-profit organization serving as a public-private partnership between U.S. businesses and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to harness private sector expertise for investigative efforts in the cyber and physical security arenas. The association facilitates information sharing and intelligence between businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to prevent hostile acts against the United States. Eran has served on the Board of Directors of InfraGard since 2014 and also serves as its general counsel.

Eran is a technology and intellectual property attorney with extensive experience advising clients in domestic and international settings. His practice focuses on cyber security, patent, trademark, and copyright law. He is also a Research Fellow at Stanford Law School, where he writes and lectures on topics at the intersection of law and technology. Kahana has been interviewed on the BBC, KABC Radio, Minnesota Public Radio, and TheStreet.com on cyber security matters.
