Barry Gersick and Brad Pederson Complete Redwood 700 Inc. Merger with AT&T

represented Redwood 700 Inc. (formerly known as Redwood County Telephone Company) in a multimillion-dollar transaction that merged Redwood into a subsidiary of AT&T Inc. (AT&T). According to a document released by the Federal Communications Commission in May 2011, AT&T sought to "transfer control of 22 lower 700MHz B and C Block licenses owned by Redwood 700." The licenses cover 72 counties and 17 cellular market areas in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Barry and Brad completed the transaction on March 9, 2012. Prior to the merger with AT&T, Barry and Brad also assisted Redwood 700 and its subsidiaries to divest certain of its telecommunications and broadband assets in sale transactions aggregating over $20 million.
