David Herr to Present Minnesota CLE Live Webcast on Writing Electronic Briefs

David Herr will co-present a Minnesota CLE live webcast titled "Appellate Practice: Electronic Briefs – Brief-Writing for When Judges Will Be Reading the Brief on a Computer Screen" on June 13, 2014. The program will discuss brief writing in the modern world where judges are reading briefs on computers and tablet devices.

David Herr, partner in Maslon's Litigation Group, is a highly regarded appellate lawyer and complex case litigator.
