Eran Kahana to Serve on Panel for Minnesota State Bar Association's 4th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute

Eran Kahana, a cybersecurity and intellectual property lawyer in Maslon's Business & Securities Group, will serve on an Artificial Intelligence Panel for the Minnesota State Bar Association's 4th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute on Friday, March 10, 2018. The panel will explore legal issues related to the general use of artificial intelligence (AI) and will also address opportunities and risks of using AI technology in the legal profession.
Eran, a fellow at Stanford Law School, counsels clients on a wide variety of matters related to cybersecurity, technology law, trademarks, patents, and copyright issues. He also serves in a variety of cybersecurity thought-leadership roles and works closely with the FBI, Department of Justice, Secret Service, and colleagues from the private and academic sectors to set, promote, and sustain cybersecurity best practices. At Stanford Law School, Eran writes and lectures on the intersect between law and artificial intelligence and is a frequent speaker at Stanford's annual E-Commerce Best Practices Conference.
