IN MEMORIAM: Royce Norman Sanner, 1931-2011

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our colleague and friend, Royce Sanner, on April 9, 2011.
Royce graduated from Moorhead State University and the University of Minnesota Law School. He joined Maslon as of counsel in 1996 after serving as senior vice president and general counsel of ReliaStar Financial Corporation. Royce was active in many non-profit organizations such as Fairview Hospitals and Camp Friendship. He served on the board of Fraser, a non-profit organization providing education, housing and medical/counseling services for the mentally handicapped and the board of Friendship Foundation, an organization that raises money to support educational and recreational facilities for the mentally handicapped.
In Royce's honor, Maslon has made a memorial donation to Fraser Community Services.
