Introducing ONSecurities.com - A New Blog Launched by Securities and Executive Compensation Attorney Martin Rosenbaum

Attorney Martin Rosenbaum, member of Maslon's Business & Securities Group, has launched ONSecurities.com, a unique new blog to assist public companies and their advisors as they navigate the constantly changing world of securities, corporate governance and compensation reform.
Rosenbaum takes an unusual approach to the blog, blending the hard facts on the latest legal developments in securities and executive compensation with perspective and understanding as to how these changes might impact his ONSecurities.com audience. He also injects a bit of humor into each post in the way of a singing fish, novel news on an invention by Michael Jackson and the "very important" choice of a color scheme for the blog.
In a recent post subtitled, "A Prescription for What Hurts," Rosenbaum writes, "Is your head spinning from the number of new developments in corporate governance and compensation reform? Are you dizzy from trying to remember whether 'say-on-severance' is part of the Schumer Bill or the Treasury Department's white paper?
