Marty Rosenbaum Appointed Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Committee for Business Law Section of the MSBA

Marty Rosenbaum, a partner in Maslon's Business & Securities Group, has been appointed to serve as Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Committee for the Business Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA), effective August 14, 2013. As Co-Chair, Marty will be working with the Business Law Section to promote and raise awareness for activities that facilitate pro bono participation of business lawyers in Minnesota. Marty is also a member of the Executive Council of the MSBA Business Law Section.

Marty Rosenbaum has nearly 30 years' experience providing business legal services to public and privately held companies at all stages of development. He regularly advises public companies regarding compliance, corporate finance, governance and executive compensation issues. Marty serves on the Board of Directors of LegalCORPS, a nonprofit organization which provides pro bono business law services to low income businesses and nonprofits in Minnesota, and is a regular pro bono volunteer for LegalCORPS and other organizations. He is Maslon's Pro Bono Chair and was recognized as Maslon's 2012 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.
