Marty Rosenbaum's ON Securities Blog Named a "Top Minnesota Blawg," in 2010 by MSBA's PracticeBlawg

December 16, 2010

Marty Rosenbaum's unique legal blog, ONSecurities.com, was recently selected as one of "The Top 25 Minnesota Blawgs" by the Minnesota State Bar Association's PracticeBlawg editors. Marty created ON Securities in 2009 to address securities, corporate governance and compensation issues facing public companies.

The MSBA PracticeBlawg editors described ON Securities as ". . . the best blawg by a lone attorney at a big time firm. It's just Martin, writing timely content about issues facing public companies. On top of that, he offers an extremely useful 'cheat sheet' that he characterizes as a 'one stop shop' for the latest developments in executive compensation and governance."

In addition to being the founder and author of ON Securities, Marty is a member of Maslon's Business and Securities Team and has more than 25 years experience advising public and privately held companies on securities and corporate matters. He regularly advises public companies of all sizes regarding preparation of public reports and proxy statements, public disclosures, insider trading, securities regulatory compliance, corporate governance matters, executive compensation and stock plan issues. Marty has been named a "Leading Individual" in Minnesota in Corporate/M&A by Chambers USA in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
