Maslon Welcomes Attorney Girard Miller to Its Business & Securities Group

Maslon is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Girard Miller to the firm's Business & Securities Group. Girard's experience further strengthens Maslon's capabilities in key areas of practice for our clients.

Girard Miller has more than thirty years of experience focusing his practice on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, governance (both for profit and not-for-profit entities), venture capital, and corporate and business law matters—domestically and internationally. He regularly advises public and private businesses, investment banks, medical and equipment manufacturers, private equity, and mezzanine and hedge funds on the creation, development, finance, purchase, or sale of technology, projects, and businesses. In addition, Girard has significant experience in the energy sector, including clean technology companies, renewable energy projects, and traditional oil and gas projects. He has also represented online retail businesses, hotels, and restaurants as well as clients dealing with agribusiness matters and M&A transactions involving co-ops (agricultural and non-agricultural). Girard is active in the community and currently serves as President of the Hennepin County Bar Foundation and Board Chair of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School—Twin Cities.
